HLTH USA 2026 | Build Regulations: Space Only Booths

If you have purchased a custom/space-only booth at HLTH USA 2026, you will be allocated a designated area on the show floor to build your booth.

You or your contractor are responsible for ordering all services (electricity, internet, carpeting, rigging, etc.) and ensuring the booth's design and construction comply with all venue and show regulations.

📐 As a minimum, you must provide:

  • Flooring to complete booth space (you may also wish to consider a platform to avoid issues with trip hazards if you have extensive cabling) (Carpeting/floor covering may be ordered through T3 Expo).
  • All digital or LED features must be fully installed/finished by show open. HLTH reserves the right to request removal if any elements violate show regulations.
  • A method of displaying your booth number and company name.

🗂️ Please note the following show regulations:

Walling - 10x20 In-Line Booths:

  • All 10x20 in-line booths have a maximum back wall height limitation of 8 ft and will be set with an 7.75 ft white backwall that CANNOT be removed.
    • Sponsor provided back wall must not exceed 8 ft and leave enough space for the 7.75 ft white backwall.
  • All 10x20 in-line booths will be set with 7.79 ft x 5 ft side panels with clear plexi-glass that CANNOT be removed.
    • Sponsor provided side panels are allowed for 10x20 in-line booths on space only builds but must not exceed 5 ft wide x 3 ft high.
    • All branding must face inward, not outward toward neighboring booths. Non-compliant elements may be modified or removed onsite at the sponsor’s expense.

Walling - Island Booths (20x20 & Larger, Aisles On All Four Sides):

  • Walling min height: 8 ft; max 12 ft without special approval (including platforms).
  • Max height: 20 ft to top of structure or hanging sign.
  • If you are walling in over 1/3 of an open side where possible, please consider the use of low height walling, translucent materials or stepping the walling in, to help maintain visibility for neighboring booths. Please contact sponsors@hlth.com if you would like to discuss this.

Branding & Signage:

  • Hanging signs may be rigged above booths at a maximum height of 20 ft to the top of the hanging sign. Hanging signs are only permitted above 20'x20' and larger booths.
  • Exhibitors in the AI Zone with booth spaces of 20’ x 20’ (400 sq. ft.) or larger are not permitted to rig or suspend any elements above their booths. This restriction ensures clear visibility of the Zone’s overhead signage, which features the logos of all participating sponsors. Suspended structures or signage may obstruct this shared branding element and are therefore not permitted.
  • No graphics/branding may be applied to the reverse of any party walling that overlooks neighboring booths.
    • The reverse of walls over 8 ft must be dressed in white down to the height of 8 ft.
    • Recommend the use of low height walling, translucent materials or stepping the walling in, to help maintain visibility for neighboring booths.

General:

  • Your custom build, materials and dressing items must comply with venue regulations. See here for details.
  • Your custom build contractor must comply with Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) regulations and submit all required paperwork and documentation. Submission info is explained in the next section.
  • All booths should be fit for the purpose intended, structurally sound, and safe to build, use, and demount in the allocated timeframe, without any risks.
  • Single-use materials and designs are discouraged. Please consider the sustainability of your booth.
  • Power must be ordered separately from Event Service Electrical. All power cords must be confined to the Exhibitor’s space. Exhibitors are not permitted at any time to run power cords across or underneath the exhibit hall aisle carpet or any area outside of their allocated space.

📃 Booth Build & Insurance Submission

To receive booth build clearance, exhibitors and their appointed contractors must submit all required booth plans and insurance documentation to show management, as well as order all necessary services - including electricity, dedicated internet, carpeting, rigging, and more - while ensuring the booth’s design and construction comply with all show and venue regulations. Please note that construction may not begin until confirmation has been received from the HLTH team.
