👷 2️⃣ Pre-Built Booth's Event Timetable

First Access: You can access for any booth set up from 1230 hrs on Monday 15th June. We do not allow access earlier as to not interfere with the wider event build. Please note, upon your arrival your event space may not be fully finalised, this may include (but is not limited to) graphics not yet installed and furniture yet to be laid out. All booths will be finalised by 2200 hrs on Monday 15th June. You will need to collect your registration badge upon arrival, which will allow all exihibitors access to the hall. General attendees cannot access the event floor until Tuesday 16th June.

Event Open Days: The main event floor is open Tuesday 16th and Wednesday 17th from 0800 hrs, you will be allowed access from 0730 hrs each day to be ready to greet attendees. On Thursday 18th, the event will continue at HLTH Beach but the main show floor will not be open to general attendees.

Breakdown: Removal of any items can begin on Wednesday 17th from 2000 hrs. You are not permitted to begin any breakdown before this time. You must have removed any items from your booth by Wednesday 17th June 2300 hrs. You will not be able to access the hall on Thursday 18th June. The booth deconstruction will be arranged and completed by your booth contractor.

Access and PPE

To gain access to the halls during build up you will need to collect your badge from registration. PPE will not be required on Monday 15th June or Thursday 18th June.
