First Access: You can access for build up from 1200 hrs on Saturday 13th June, please note you will need to register all team members and contractors via voyage control and adhere to the PPE Guidelines
Booth build completed by: You must have completed the main structure of your build and any higher risk activity by end of Sunday 14th. You can continue booth set up on Monday 15th, when other sponsors will begin accessing the hall from midday. The booth must be finalised by 2200 hrs on Monday 15th June.
Event Open Days: The main event floor is open Tuesday 16th and Wednesday 17th from 0800 hrs, you will be allowed access from 0730 hrs each day to be ready to greet attendees. On Thursday 18th, the event will continue at HLTH Beach but the main show floor will not be open to general attendees.
Breakdown: Removal of any items can begin on Wednesday 17th from 2000 hrs. You are not permitted to begin any breakdown before this time. Full deconstruction can then take place on Thursday 18th from 0800 hrs and must be completed by 2000 hrs. Please note PPE will be required again on Thursday 18th for breakdown.

Access and PPE
To gain access to the halls during build up and breakdown, all exhibitors and contractors must be registered for an access pass with the RAI. Registration is via Voyage Control and a link will be shared with all sponsors in May.
Please note, PPE is required to be worn by all anyone in the halls during build up or breakdown. See here for requirements. PPE can be rented from the RAI via the Webshop.
It is not permitted for anyone under 16 to be in the event space during build up or breakdown.
All stand fitting materials and product must be removed from the event hall by the end of the advertised breakdown period. If you require storage or any assistance with shipping, please contact sponsors@europe.hlth.com to discuss your requirements
