To gain access to the halls during build up and breakdown, all exhibitors and contractors must be registered for an access pass with the RAI. Registration is via the links below, and must be complete before coming onsite.

Please note, PPE is required to be worn by all anyone in the halls during build up or breakdown. See here for requirements. PPE can be rented from the RAI via the Webshop.
It is not permitted for anyone under 16 to be in the event space during build up or breakdown.
All stand fitting materials and product must be removed from the event hall by the end of the advertised breakdown period. If you require storage or any assistance with shipping, please contact sponsors@europe.hlth.com to discuss your requirements
