How do I log in to edit my exhibitor booth?
Log in here using your HLTH Europe registered email address. Please see here for extra guidance.
Can I access the Exhibitor Centre or app if I'm not registered?
No, only registered attendees can have access to the event app.
Can I access the app on my desktop?
See the HLTH App Exhibitor centre directly or you can access the Exhibitor center from the Desktop App in the top right by your profile.
Where can I see the attendee list?
You can see all the attendees in the app's networking feature, with the exception of Buyers in the Connect programme, who are not viewable in the app.
How can I network or arrange meetings with other attendees?
Networking is very simple. You can message other attendees, by clicking Networking on the home screen.

How do I scan other attendees at the event?
- All attendees at the event will be issued a badge at registration.
- The badge includes a QR code that can be scanned through the app.
- Log in to the app, click the Camera icon (within the app home screen) and scan the QR code.
- After scanning the contact will be saving into your leads in the Exhibitor centre

How do I Export my Leads
You can export live all your leads at any time in the Exhibitor Centre under Leads > Export.
The list will download as a CSV file for you to use with all the attendees you or your team members have scanned as leads.
Can I integrate my leads with my own CRM tool? / Can I generate an API Tool?
Yes! Simply follow the steps outlined here.
