At HLTH Europe, networking opportunities abound, and the event app plays a pivotal role in facilitating connections between attendees. Below is the process for arranging 1:1 meetings through the event app, providing attendees with a comprehensive guide to maximize their networking experience.

Arranging Meetings:

Messaging Attendees: Through the event app, any attendee can message any other attendee. The event app launches two weeks before the event, and attendees will receive email reminders to ensure they're opted in.
HLTH Meet-up: Attendees can arrange meetings in the dedicated networking space, HLTH Meet-up. This feature allows attendees to schedule meetings at specific times and tables, enhancing the efficiency of networking efforts.
Meeting Requests: Prior to the event, attendees have the flexibility to request meetings with individuals through the event app. Virtual meetings are not available, but attendees can arrange in-person meetings at HLTH Europe.
Table Meetings: Tables at HLTH Meet-up accommodate up to four people, providing an ideal setting for group discussions and meetings. However, attendees can only message others one at a time through the app.
No Limitations: There are no limitations on the number of Meet-ups attendees can participate in at HLTH Europe, allowing for extensive networking opportunities throughout the event.

Exceptions:

Connect Programme Participants: Individuals participating in the Connect Programme are exempt from receiving messages from other attendees to streamline their networking experience.
Investor Connect Programme Participants: Similar to Connect Programme participants, individuals in the Investor Connect Programme have limitations on receiving messages to optimize their networking activities.
Speakers at HLTH: Speakers at HLTH are also exceptions to the messaging system
Individual setting - Attendees can disable this feature on their specific profile
