📲 Lead Capture using the event app

All sponsors will be able to capture leads through the event mobile app. There is no need for any additional software or hardware to be purchased to carry out lead capture.


  • All event Sponsors will have a a digital booth in the event app and once onsite, scan attendee badges to add them to the booth and capture their contact information.
  • Any app user who is attending HLTH Europe and is associated to your virtual booth will have the ability to scan attendees using the event app. See below from our event platform provider, Swapcard, on how this functionality works

How to: Scan an attendee's QR code

  1. Download our the HLTH Mobile app.
  2. Click the Scan icon on the lower right corner of the event home screen.
  3. In the first tab, you will have the option to scan QR codes or business cards
  4. As soon as you scan the QR Code on an Attendee's badge or app, their contact details will be shared with you and the person will be added to your contacts.
  5. You can score that lead and add notes to remember important information related to that Attendee.


View & Retrieve Leads

Within the HLTH Europe Event App, you can access all scanned leads from the HLTH Event App Exhibitor Center.


Exhibitors will have access to a lead dashboard for your company, which displays information on all interactions and leads received by team members on the HLTH event app, including any scoring or notes that were added to that Attendee to give context to the interaction.


Sponsors will receive the following Digital Booth data via the HLTH Europe Event App:

  • Booth and product bookmarks
  • Booth Visits
  • Booth products clicks
  • Content downloads
  • Meetings requests

NOTE: For GDPR compliance, you will only receive contact information for attendees who opted-in by bookmarking and/or scheduling any confirmed contacts or meetings via your digital booth listing.


Attendee scores, tags, and notes

Exhibitors can also score, add tags, and add notes to each individual lead/contact directly in the event app.

Share your contacts with your team

For security purposes, team members default to NOT sharing their contacts with the rest of their team, but they can easily toggle this on! Note that each individual must toggle this on for themselves - it cannot be done by another individual on their behalf.

  1. Go to the exhibitor center.
  2. Select the “Team members” page on the left-hand side.
  3. To edit your contact sharing preferences, change the "My Contacts" toggle that appears on the right-hand side of the screen.

Export contacts

On the Leads board page, you can view all of the leads collected by you and your team during the event.

  • Only contacts from collaborators who have enabled contact sharing will be shown in this list.
  • You can see if all your collaborators have activated it
  • NOTE: When you connect with an attendee on the app, they consent to sharing their information with you, ensuring GDPR compliance
  • Data from the digital booth can be downloaded in real time. All data will remain live in the app for 1 week post event.

Further information

As standard, contact information will include; first name, last name, job title, organisation and email address. To comply with GDPR, delegates will have the option to opt out data share via the app, or limit the information that is shared. If they do this, some information may not be available.
