Booth Artwork/Graphics

Artwork Submission Deadline: Friday, October 16, 2026

• For best results, please follow the T3 Expo Print Production Artwork Guidelines when creating artwork.
• After submission, the HLTH team will follow up with artwork proofs for your review and approval.

10x20 Booth Package:

• (1) single-sided backwall with graphics on the front (93.5"h x 20'w).
• (1) demo counter with locking cabinet (42”h x 60”w x 22”d).
• (1) front counter with locking cabinet and graphic kick panel (42”h x 60”w x 22”d).
• (2) standard stools (placed at the front counter).
• (1) 36" round cafe table - white and (4) chairs.
• (1) wastebasket.
• (2) standard 5-AMP power drops and two (2) power strips in total will be provided.
  • One (1) drop and one (1) strip will be placed at the monitor.
  • One (1) drop and one (1) strip will be placed at the front counter.

10x20 Podcast Area:

• (2) high-top tables with (3) stools each.
• (1) tech table with (2) chairs.
• (1) standard 15-AMP power drop & (1) standard 5-AMP power drop for podcasting needs.

Carpet/Flooring

• The booth area will be carpeted in a gray. No additional action is needed on your part regarding carpeting.

Internet/WiFi

Complimentary Wifi will be provided on the show floor to all attendees, however, HLTH cannot guarantee uptime consistency throughout the duration of the event. We strongly recommend a dedicated internet connection if you intend to stream audio/video content or conduct live demonstrations/presentations within and around your exhibit.

Storage

• The 10x20 booth packages include a front reception counter and a demo counter, equipped with limited lockable space.
• The 10x20 podcast room will be lockable; however, we recommend keeping it clear of boxes and other stored items to preserve a professional appearance, avoid obstructing the recording setup, and ensure the space remains safe and accessible.

Display Guidelines

Due to fire marshal regulations, furniture, displays, promotional materials, signage, etc., are not allowed​ ​on the floor surrounding your booth space. Any items placed in your booth must be confined to the inside of your booth space. Must abide by all exhibitor rules and regulations.
