HLTH USA 2026 | Assign Your Program Reps For Market Connect

Who is a Program Rep?

A Program Rep is someone who is registered for HLTH, responsible for requesting and accepting meetings in the matchmaking platform and attending your 1:1 meetings with buyers in the Market Connect Lounge booth #1668 on the show floor. We strongly recommend assigning senior-level individuals to meet with our senior-level buyers. 

Program Rep Timeline:

• Tuesday, October 13: Webinar demo covering the matchmaking platform, which includes best practices and pro tips. Register here. A recording will be available.
• Monday, October 19: Matchmaking begins. Program Reps will receive access to the platform on this day.
• Monday, October 19 – Sunday, November 15: Scheduling 1:1 meetings.
• Monday, November 16 - Tuesday, November 17: Onsite meetings taking place in the Market Connect Lounge booth #1668 on the show floor.

How To Assign Your Program Reps:

1. Register: Make sure your selected Rep(s) are registered for HLTH 2026 using your complimentary code.
2. Log in: If you are the main point of contact for your company's sponsorship at HLTH, click here to log in with your credentials or magic link.
3. Enable access: In your list of registered attendees, switch Program Rep(s) status from “Disabled” to “Enabled”.
4. Access notification: On October 19, when the matchmaking process goes live, Program Rep(s) with an "Enabled" status will receive an email with access to the platform and can begin sending invitations to decision-makers in order to schedule meetings. Please be aware that the email may land in the spam folder.

Important:

• Before assigning Program Rep(s), they must be registered for the HLTH 2026 event.
• Avoid assigning too many reps; the platform will recommend the ideal number based on the quantity of meetings your company purchased.
• To assign someone registered without your comp code, email marketconnect@hlth.com.
