Services to Order
The services below are not included in the meeting room sponsorship and need be ordered by the sponsor in advance of the event (if needed).
- Catering/F&B: Order catering through Kevin Choi at Da.Choi@venetianlasvegas.com using the banquet menu linked here.
- Electrical/Power: Electrical services beyond what's provided can be ordered directly through Event Service Electrical HERE.
- Audio Visual: For all A/V equipment and support, please place orders through Clarity Experiences HERE.
- Dedicated Internet: Complimentary Wifi will be provided on the show floor to all attendees, however, HLTH cannot guarantee uptime consistency throughout the duration of the event. We strongly recommend a dedicated internet connection if you intend to stream audio/video content or conduct live demonstrations/presentations within and around your exhibit. Please place orders through Event Service Technology HERE.

Meeting Room Plan & Insurance Submission
If you plan to build out your meeting room, exhibitors and their appointed contractors must submit all required plans and insurance documentation to show management and the Venetian by Friday, October 9 to receive clearance to build for HLTH USA 2026.
Display Guidelines
Due to fire marshal regulations, no furniture, displays, signage, or promotional materials are allowed in the hallway or surrounding area outside your meeting room. All items must be kept entirely within the boundaries of your assigned room.
