HLTH USA 2026 | 30x30 Space Only Booth
Location & Booth Space Details
The 30x30 booths are located on the HLTH show floor of the Venetian Expo & Convention Center on Level 2.
What's Included: (1) 30x30 island exhibit space on the show floor.
- Walling min height: 8 ft; max 12 ft without special approval (including platforms).
- Max height: 20 ft to top of structure or hanging sign.
- If you are walling in over 1/3 of an open side where possible, please consider the use of low height walling, translucent materials or stepping the walling in, to help maintain visibility for neighboring booths. Please contact sponsors@hlth.com if you would like to discuss this.
Services to Order
The services below are not included in the 30x30 space-only sponsorship and need be ordered by the sponsor in advance of the event if needed.
- Carpet/Flooring: All booths are required to have carpet or flooring per Exhibitor Guidelines. Please order through T3 Expo - COMING SOON.
- Electrical/Power: Electrical services can be ordered directly through Event Service Electrical HERE.
- Audio Visual: For all A/V equipment and support, please place orders through Clarity Experiences HERE.
- Dedicated Internet: Complimentary Wifi will be provided on the show floor to all attendees, however, HLTH cannot guarantee uptime consistency throughout the duration of the event. We strongly recommend a dedicated internet connection if you intend to stream audio/video content or conduct live demonstrations/presentations within and around your exhibit. Please place orders through Event Service Technology HERE.
- Storage: The 30x30 space-only booth does NOT include storage space. Items are not permitted to be stored behind the fixed backwall due to safety and fire regulations. Please place orders through T3 Expo - COMING SOON.
- Booth Labor: Union personnel has jurisdiction for the erection, dismantling, touch-up painting, and repairs to all exhibits, unless this work is performed by a full-time employee of the exhibiting company. If full-time company personnel are utilized to set an exhibit, they should carry positive company identification such as a business card, medical identification card or payroll stub. Union personnel may be hired through T3 Expo - COMING SOON.

Booth Build Plan & Insurance Submission
To receive booth build clearance for HLTH USA 2026, exhibitors and their appointed contractors must submit all required booth plans and insurance documentation to show management by Friday, October 9. CLICK HERE to get started!
Exhibitor Display Guidelines
Due to fire marshal regulations, no furniture, displays, signage, or promotional materials are allowed in the aisles or surrounding area outside your booth. All items must be kept entirely within the boundaries of your assigned booth space.
