👤 Market Connect Programme: Sponsor Assign Your Programme Reps

Programme Rep(s) must be assigned by 14 May 2026. Without this step, your company won’t be able to schedule meetings when matchmaking begins.


Who is a Programme Rep?

A Programme Rep is someone who is registered for HLTH Europe, responsible for requesting and accepting meetings in the matchmaking platform and attending your 1:1 meetings with buyers in the Market Connect Lounge on the show floor. We strongly recommend assigning senior-level individuals to meet with our senior-level buyers. 


How To Assign Your Programme Rep(s):

  1. Register: Make sure your selected Rep(s) are registered for HLTH Europe 2026 using your complimentary code.
  2. Log in: If you are the main point of contact for your company's sponsorship at the event, click here to log in with your credentials or magic link.
  3. Enable access: In your list of registered attendees, switch Programme Rep(s) status from “Disabled” to “Enabled”.

This takes only a few minutes, but it is critical to ensure your colleagues can access the platform when matchmaking begins.


Important:
  • Programme Rep(s) must be registered for HLTH Europe before you can assign them in the platform.
  • Avoid assigning too many Rep(s). The platform will recommend the ideal number based on the meetings included in your package.
  • If someone registered for HLTH Europe without your comp code and needs to be assigned as a Rep, please email connect@europe.hlth.com.

To make the most of the matchmaking platform, please make sure the following sections in the Sponsor Portal are filled in:
  • Logo
  • Company URL
  • Description
  • Target Audiences
  • Exhibit (Product) Categories
Without these details, buyers won’t be able to see what your company offers, which could impact your meeting success.

Programme Rep Timeline:

  • Tuesday, 12 May: Webinar demo covering the matchmaking platform, including best practices and tips. Register here.
  • Thursday, 14 May: Deadline for sponsors to assign Programme Rep(s).
  • Monday, 18 May: Matchmaking opens for sponsors. Programme Reps receive platform access via email.
  • Monday, 18 May – Sunday, 14 June: Scheduling 1:1 meetings.
  • Tuesday, 16 June – Wednesday, 17 June: Onsite meetings take place in the Market Connect Lounge.
