💫 Sponsor Portal
Your first stage for your sponsor onboarding journey is accessing the sponsor portal.
You can access via this link, initially the primary contact of each sponsored company is registered to use the sponsor portal. Log in with your company email (if unsure which email is registered, please reach out to sponsors@europe.hlth.com)
If you have not used the sponsor portal previously, you will be sent an email to set up your account and password.

Home Page
Once in the portal, you will see some initial tasks upon your home page, this includes:
- Uploading your logo
- Mandatory - uploading an EPS logo, this will be used for our website, your marketing materials, the event app and if sponsoring a kiosk, will be printed upon your header banner. Please ensure it is of a high quality and suitable for a white background
- Optional - Uploading a PNG logo. Should you wish to have a logo upon your exhibitor overview of the floorplan, please upload as a PNG
- Company Description
- Mandatory - Company description - within this section you can update company info such as your adress and website. You can also upload a 500 character Company description. This will be imported into the event app. You can also change your company Display Name should you wish to be visible as a different name, e.g. HLTH Europe rather than HTLH Europe LTD.
- Exhibit Categories & Target Audience
- Mandatory - here you can let us know more about you and more about who you are looking to meet. This will be particularly useful if you are sponsoring connect meetings
Sponsorship Codes
You will be able to see the number of included tickets with your sponsorship. You can also see your comp code and discount code for registering attendees. Find out more about registering here.

The next section you can see is the Checklist. Here you will find all REQUIRED and OPTIONAL tasks that you may need to complete for your sponsored inventory. This area is tailored to the tasks that you need for your specific inventory only.
Here you will find tasks such as:
- Designing and sharing your Booth Graphics
- Submitting your logo and tagline for kiosks
- Ordering additional furniture, graphics or Wi-Fi
- Booking Hotel Rooms
- Arranging Deliveries
and much more! We will keep this updated as and when new tasks become available. We will also reach out to remind you before key deadlines
These items will not automatically tick off once you have completed them so be sure to tick them off once you are happy they are finished.
You can also add additional tasks for yourself so feel free to use this as your overall checklist for all event actions you may need to take

The last section is to edit and add additional users
Simply click the 'Add New User' button and you can share the Sponsor Portal with colleagues. After all Teamwork makes the Dreamwork!
