Included Tickets
Once you have completed your sponsor onboarding form, you will be emailed the steps to take to register any included attendees. Please check your inbox for an email titled 'HLTH Europe: Sponsor Next Steps'. If you can't find this email or are unsure, please contact us at sponsors@europe.hlth.com and we will happily assist you.
To complete your registration follow the below steps:
1. Open the Sponsor Registration Form (link shared via email)
2. In the registration comp code field, enter your custom, comp code (shared via email)
3. Enter all the details required and upload a headshot of the attendee. Please note, it is important that all the info is correct and that each submission has their own associated email address included
4. Click complete registration
You can register multiple people, or you are welcome to share this information with all relevant team members who will be joining.
You will be able to register your included tickets until 16 May 2025, though we recommend registering attendees sooner rather than later.
Discount Code
As a HLTH Europe Sponsor, you will receive a discount code to share with your network to offer a specific amount or percentage off for a ticket rate for those who use the code.
- Anyone can use this code for €250 off the cost of their ticket and there is no limit to the number of people who can use the code.
- Please note that the discount code cannot be applied to those who qualify for the startup rate.
If you have not received your sponsor discount code and feel this is applicable to you, please email sponsors@europe.hlth.com
Crew wristbands
If you have third party vendors who are delivering services on your booth, such as photography, attendee activations, you can request up to 2 crew wristbands, which will give access to the show floor during exhibitor open hours.
If you wish to request a crew wristbands please email sponsors@europe.hlth.com with the following information; Full Name, Company (of crew member), Sponsor Company, Onsite Dates.
