Included Tickets

Once you have completed your sponsor onboarding form, you will be emailed the steps to take to register any included attendees. Please check your inbox for an email titled 'HLTH Europe: Sponsor Next Steps'. If you can't find this email or are unsure, please contact us at sponsors@europe.hlth.com and we will happily assist you.

To complete your registration follow the below steps:

1. Open the Registration page

2. Register your attendees (using the general attendee ticket type)
3. Enter your comp code that is provided from sponsors@europe.htlh.com via email
4. Your total cost should now be €0, complete the registration and repeat for all attendees.

You can register multiple people, or you are welcome to share this information (and comp code) with all relevant team members who will be joining, in order for them to register themselves.

Discount Code

As a HLTH Europe Sponsor, you will receive a discount code to share with your network to offer a specific amount or percentage off for a ticket rate for those who use the code.

• Anyone can use this code for €250 off the cost of their ticket and there is no limit to the number of people who can use the code.
• Please note that the discount code cannot be applied to those who qualify for the startup rate.

Crew wristbands

If you have third party vendors who are delivering services on your booth, such as photography, attendee activations, you can request up to 2 crew wristbands, which will give access to the show floor during exhibitor open hours.

If you wish to request a crew wristbands please email sponsors@europe.hlth.com with the following information; Full Name, Company (of crew member), Sponsor Company, Onsite Dates.
