Connect Programme FAQs
The HLTH Europe Connect Program is at the heart of healthcare innovation, making it easy to build meaningful connections through carefully arranged 15-minute, one-on-one meetings. This platform brings together key players from across the health ecosystem — including payers, providers, employers, pharma, and life sciences — to create personalised networking opportunities that are crucial for the success of HLTH.
Q: When are Buyers accepted?
A: They are accepted on a rolling basis until about a month before the event.
Q: Should I register for HLTH Europe whilst I wait to hear if I have been accepted?
A: Yes, to secure the best rates while you're waiting to hear back from us, you can register for a standard ticket to HLTH Europe. we will reimburse you if any ticket costs should you be accepted for the Connect Programme.
Q: I made a mistake on my application. Can I re-submit it?
A: Once an application is submitted it should not be re-submitted. If you feel that making a correction would be imperative to your application, please reach out to connect@europe.hlth.com and we will do our best to accommodate any updates.
Q: When do applications close?
A: Applications close on 22 May, 2025
Q: Can I access the platform via the HLTH app?
A: No, the Connect matching making selection is on the HLTH Hub and is separate to the app. It can be accessed via a web browser at https://hub.hlth.com from May 2025.
Q: I don’t have a login
A: Your login is the same as your HLTH ID. Use the email you applied for Connect with and your HLTH ID password. You can reset your password or request a Magic Link be sent to you at https://id.hlth.com/users/sign_in
Q: There’s information missing from my Company or personal profile.
A: You can change the details on your company profile and individual profile by clicking on the Edit button on the Profile page. Full instructions here to change your Organisation name, or number of meetings, email connect@europe.hlth.com
Q: How are matches made?
All participants (Solution providers & Buyers) are asked to select their Top Picks, who they want to meet with the most and Picks, who they want to meet with if their Top Picks aren’t available.
Once all participants have made their selections, we’ll match you up with participants who have also chosen you as a Top Pick or Pick.
If both participants (Buyer & Solutions providers) choose each other as Top Picks, you're most likely to be matched (depending on scheduling availability).
Q: How do I chat with my matches?
A: Once the Connect meetings are scheduled, you’ll be able to see all your meetings in the Event App. From here, you can start a discussion with the Buyers you are meeting with

Q: I can’t see every company attending HLTH Europe on the platform.
A: Only companies who are taking part in the Connect Programme will be visible to you on the Connect matchmaking platform.
Q: When will the platform open?
A: The platform will open in May, four weeks prior to HLTH Europe, for you to select your meetings.
Q: Who will I meet?
A: Innovators from across the globe, matched to your interests.
Q: Do you have recommended hotels?
A: Yes, these can be found here.
Q: Does HLTH Europe arrange my transport and accommodation?
A: No, this must be arranged by you. For participants doing 12+ meetings, we will reimburse you up to €750 EUR for these.
