💥 How do I message Buyers I'm matched with?
Please note: the steps below are for reference only. Connect participants receive information about access to the portal in May 2025
Connect meetings will be pre-schedule by HLTH based on your preferences during the Matchmaking selections on the HLTH Hub. You'll be able to see the meetings in the HLTH App the week before the event. If you're part of the programme, you'll receive an email once your meetings are in the Event app.
Chat with a Buyer
- Once you're meeting is scheduled, you'll be able to view them on the Schedule & Meetings tab on the app. Here you can see the Buyer your matched with.
- Tap on the meeting to see further details
- Here, you will see a "Discussion" button and you can message the Buyer before the meeting.
Good to know
- You cannot message Buyers you do not have a meeting with nor will there be a list of all Buyers participating in the Connect programme available
- You may not request to change or reschedule meetings to another Buyer
- If you don't show up for a meeting:
- As a Buyer - you will not "get credit" for the meeting and you will be charged the cost of your ticket to HLTH Europe
- As a Solutions provider - This will still count as one of your purchased meetings and that meeting will not be rescheduled or credited
