πŸ‘·β€β™€οΈBuild up & breakdown access:

Vehicular access to the venue for build up is managed via the venue's Voyage Control system and all sponsors will need to schedule this in advance. Bookings will go live 3 weeks prior to build up, at which point you will be able to select your access times. For access times, please refer to the event timetable.

When booking your access time, you will need details of your vehicle type and registration. You will be allocated a time slot for unloading based upon the size of your vehicle.

Once unloaded, you will need to move your vehicle and either park in one of the RAI's car parks, or remove from site. You can pre book parking (including overnight) in advance via the RAI's webshop here. Please refer to the venue's traffic regulations document for further details regarding traffic access and parking facilities.

If you are arriving on foot and do not need to get vehicles alongside the halls to unload, there is no need to schedule anything.

πŸ—οΈ Unloading and onsite logistics:

RAI Amsterdam has appointed DB Schenker as exclusive logistics provider at the RAI.

To ensure the safety of our attendees and sponsors, and to ensure an efficient process, only DB Schenker employees are authorised to provide motorised or electrical means of transport in the halls and outdoor premises. This also applies for the electrical loading and unloading of trucks. Other parties are only allowed to use manually powered equipment.

DB SCHENKER Fairs combines freight forwarding and on-site handling services to provide a complete β€˜door-to-stand’ package varying from a single box of brochures to any kind of heavy machinery. DB Schenker can provide the following logistics for you;

  • transport of the goods from the company to the event and vice versa
  • unloading and/or reloading the goods at the venue
  • temporary storage of the goods before or after the event
  • storage of empty packing material during the event
  • renting out various types of equipment (for example genie material lifts, etc.)

πŸ“¦ Deliveries:

To ensure the safe delivery of your good and stand fitting materials, it is highly recommended that you cosign all deliveries to DB Schenker and arrange for them to receive at their advance warehouse and deliver to site for build up.

For further details and to book this service, please refer to the documents below:

If you are delivering directly to the RAI, your goods cannot arrive until your build up access time commences, and you will need to ensure that you have a representative onsite to check and sign for any deliveries. HLTH will not sign for any goods on behalf of sponsors. In the event that a delivery arrives prior to your team being onsite, this will be directed to DB Schenker, who will store and deliver to site when you arrive. Please note, this service is chargeable.
