🎟️ Registration for build up & breakdown access

To gain access to the halls during build up and breakdown, all exhibitors and contractors must be registered for an access pass with the RAI.

The link to register these passes will be shared 2 weeks prior to the event, and must be complete before coming onsite. Please note, this is in addition to your HLTH Europe badge.

Please note, it is not permitted for anyone under 16 to be in the event space during build up or breakdown. Please note, PPE is required to be worn by all anyone in the halls during build up or breakdown. See here for requirements. PPE can be rented from the RAI via the Webshop.

πŸ‘·β€β™€οΈBuild up & breakdown access:

Vehicular access to the venue for build up is managed via the venue's Voyage Control system and all sponsors will need to schedule this in advance. Bookings will go live 3 weeks prior to build up, at which point you will be able to select your access times. For access times, please refer to the event timetable.

When booking your access time, you will need details of your vehicle type and registration. You will be allocated a time slot for unloading based upon the size of your vehicle.

Once unloaded, you will need to move your vehicle and either park in one of the RAI's car parks, or remove from site. You can pre book parking (including overnight) in advance via the RAI's webshop here. Please refer to the venue's traffic regulations document for further details regarding traffic access and parking facilities.

If you are arriving on foot and do not need to get vehicles alongside the halls to unload, there is no need to schedule anything.

If you are delivering directly to the RAI, your goods cannot arrive until your build up access time commences, and you will need to ensure that you have a representative onsite to check and sign for any deliveries.
