If you have your booth package, you may have everything you need to draw in your audience. Each package comes with some furniture elements and areas for you to add printed graphics. You can check what your booth package includes here.
You might however want to order some extra services or items to help highlight your booth and the services you offer. This may include (but is not limited to) plants, water, wired internet, additional furniture, etc. These can be ordered online with your relevant contractor. Depending upon the booth/space you are sponsoring, there will be different contractors available to supply services and items for you.

Startup Booth/pavilion, Viosk, Meeting Pod, Meeting Cube, Balcony Meeting Space
Your contractor is the RAI and you should use the RAI webshop for:
- Power *
- Fixed wire internet
- Piped services (water/ air)
- Specialist cleaning/ waste removal
- Traffic access (for build up and breakdown) & parking
- Booth catering
- Furniture
- Stand construction items
- Plants & flowers
- Audio Visual *
- Safety & Security services
- Stand staffing - interpreters, hosts etc.
3x3m Booth Package, 3x6m Booth Package, 6x6m Booth Package (Option 1 & Option 2)
Your contractor is GES, you should use GES webshop 'Expresso' for:
- Power *
- Furniture
- Stand construction items
- Plants & flowers
- Audio Visual *
and use the RAI Webshop for:
- Fixed wire internet
- Piped services (water/ air)
- Specialist cleaning/ waste removal
- Traffic access (for build up and breakdown) & parking
- Booth catering
- Safety & Security services
- Stand staffing - interpreters, hosts etc.
