• Day: Sunday, November 15
• Time: 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM

• Recognition as one of two Host sponsor's of the reception on our overall agenda and networking page
• Company logo on promotions of the reception (email, website and on-site print and digital signage)

🛖 Bungalow Details

Your company will receive two (2) private bungalows with one (1) private pool at Zouk Nightclub for the duration of the reception.

• Bungalow Assignments: Your specific bungalow assignments will be emailed to the primary contact of the sponsor portal before the show
• Bungalow Capacity: Hosts up to twenty (20) attendees
• Reception Layout: Coming soon
• Branding: Sponsor logo will be included on dedicated digital displays and table signage within reserved space

Reserved Table Details

Your company will receive one (1) reserved table inside Zouk Nightclub for the duration of the reception.

• Table Assignment: Your specific table assignment will be emailed to the primary contact of the sponsor portal before the show
• Reception Layout: Coming soon

Food & Beverage

• All F&B for the reception will be selected by the HLTH Team and shared with the sponsor for visibility purposes only
• One (1) designated cocktail served at all reception bars

Branded Items

• Branded pillows for bungalow chairs
• Branded pool floats
• Branded activation (chosen by HLTH team)
• Branded napkins at bars

Lead Generation

• Lead generation of all Welcome Reception attendees
• The list will be sent to the primary contact within two weeks after the close of the event
