Discount codes provide attendees with a portion off the ticket price to HLTH event, and cannot be used in conjunction with certain discounted rates or alongside any additional discount codes.
How do I use a discount code?
If you have a discount code, when registering for HLTH Event, you'll have the opportunity to input a discount code per registrant on the payment page (after the ticket rate page). Depending on the code, you may be able to use it for all registrants or only qualifying registrants.
The offers cannot be combine.
Do we qualify for a group rate?
All ticket purchases with 5 or more tickets will qualify for a discounted ticket rate.

Is a discount code different than a Sponsor pass/Staff ticket?
A discount code (sometimes called promo code) provides a specific amount or percentage off for a ticket rate. Different discount codes have different rules applied including: who can qualify, the amount the discount rate is, when it expires and how many times it can be used.
A Sponsor Pass (sometimes called a Staff ticket) is a ticket that has been purchased by an event sponsor within their sponsorship costs.
- Each sponsor has a specific amount of passes and a code will be provided to you by the HLTH to redeem when registering.
- To redeem your sponsor pass, register for HLTH as normal and you'll have the opportunity to enter in the Staff ticket on the payments page in the discount code field.
- You may see a ticket rate while registering, but don't worry, the Sponsor pass will reduce the rate to $0.
Who can use my discount code?
- Each discount code has different rules about who can use it and in which scenarios.
- Certain discount codes are limited to specific valid dates, the amount of discount codes available, and those who qualify for a discounted rate.
- Multiple discount codes can't be used together.
- Registrants who qualify for startup rates cannot use discount codes, with the exception of Staff tickets.
The discount code isn't working!
If you don't qualify for a discount code, you'll see the following error when inputting in the code during registration.
There may be several reasons the discount code is invalid:
- If you qualify for the Startup rate you cannot use any other discount codes, except for Staff tickets
- The discount code was only valid for certain dates and has expired
- There was a limited number of the specific discount code available and they've all been used
- You don't qualify for the specific rate, for example you aren't in a group booking
