HLTH USA 2026 | Physicians Lounge Sponsorship

The Physicians @ HLTH Lounge is a 30x50 lounge that features branded meeting rooms across the back, a branded hanging sign, and a lounge area near HLTH Central. This lounge will be the hub for physician activities at the event, including a shared meeting room for sponsor and PSG, Demo area, and dedicated space for DocUpdate.

Lounge Set Up

One (1) reception counter with one (1) stool
Various lounge furniture will be placed along the front of the space
- Two (2) soft seating areas, each to include one (1) couch, two (2) love seats, one (1) side table, and one (1) coffee table
- Two (2) round tables with three (3) chairs per table
Four (4) branded meeting rooms across the back of the lounge space.
(1) 5-AMP electric drop & (1) power strip for the reception counter

Branding

Sponsor logo placement on graphics/artwork for the meeting rooms, reception counter, and pony wall. The graphics will be designed by the HLTH team
Sponsor logo on the HLTH website, event app, and all relevant marketing materials and communications (if applicable)
Sponsor branding on meeting rooms, hanging sign, and throughout the lounge area
