- One (1) double-sided branded backwall designed with a designated area for a solid headshot backdrop
- Please let the HLTH team know the following information for image delivery emails:
- The submission deadline is Monday, October 5, 2026
- Preferred logo for branding email (at least 2000px on the long end)

- One (1) half-meterboard with sponsor logo and headshot lounge hours
- HLTH is responsible for the management of all logistics and vendor engagement, carpeting, activation signage, and electrical
