The 10x20 turnkey meeting/lounge space is booth #1565 located in the Diagnostics Area on the HLTH show floor of the Venetian Expo & Convention Center on Level 2. View the live floor plan HERE!

Artwork/Graphics

Artwork Submission Deadline: Friday, October 16, 2026

As the sponsor, you are responsible for the design and submission of your 10x20 backwall graphic.

  • Click HERE to download the 10x20 backwall graphic template.
  • Upload all graphic files directly to this folder HERE.
  • For best results, please follow the T3 Expo Print Production Artwork Guidelines when creating artwork.
  • After submission, the HLTH team will follow up with artwork proofs for your review and approval.

Structure & Furniture

  • (1) single-sided backwall with graphics on the front (93.5"h x 20'w).
  • (1) 36" round cafe table - white and (4) chairs.
  • (1) round table with (2) side chairs.

Electrical/Power

  • Two (2) standard 5-AMP power drops and two (2) power strips will be provided.
  • If you require additional power beyond what's provided, you may order through Event Service Electrical HERE.

Carpet/Flooring

  • The space will be carpeted in gray. No additional action is needed on your part regarding carpeting.

Internet/WiFi

Complimentary Wifi will be provided on the show floor to all attendees, however, HLTH cannot guarantee uptime consistency throughout the duration of the event. We strongly recommend a dedicated internet connection if you intend to stream audio/video content or conduct live demonstrations/presentations within and around your exhibit.

Display Guidelines

Due to fire marshal regulations, furniture, displays, promotional materials, signage, etc., are not allowed​ ​on the floor surrounding your booth space. Any items placed in your booth must be confined to the inside of your booth space. Must abide by all exhibitor rules and regulations.
