The private, pre-fixed boardroom is located in Bassano 2606 on Level 2 of the Venetian Expo & Convention Center.

- (1) permanent U-shape board table set with up to (15) chairs
- (1) power drop + (1) power strip for the table
Services to Order
The services below are not included in the boardroom sponsorship and need be ordered by the sponsor in advance of the event (if needed).
- Catering/F&B: Order catering through Kevin Choi at Da.Choi@venetianlasvegas.com using the banquet menu linked here.
- Electrical/Power: Electrical services beyond what's provided can be ordered directly through Event Service Electrical HERE.
- Audio Visual: For all A/V equipment and support, please place orders through Clarity Experiences HERE.
- Dedicated Internet: Complimentary Wifi will be provided on the show floor to all attendees, however, HLTH cannot guarantee uptime consistency throughout the duration of the event. We strongly recommend a dedicated internet connection if you intend to stream audio/video content or conduct live demonstrations/presentations within and around your exhibit. - Labor / Material Handling: Should you require any of these services, please review the info and place orders through T3 Expo HERE.

Display Guidelines
Due to fire marshal regulations, no furniture, displays, signage, or promotional materials are allowed in the hallway or surrounding area outside your meeting room. All items must be kept entirely within the boundaries of your assigned room. Must abide by all exhibitor rules and regulations.
