Artwork/Graphics

Artwork Submission Deadline: Friday, October 16, 2026

As the sponsor, you are responsible for the design and submission of your pavilion booth graphics to T3 Expo.

• Click HERE to download the front desk and tower graphic templates.
• Upload all graphic files HERE.
• For best results, please follow the T3 Expo Print Production Artwork Guidelines when creating artwork.
• After submission, the HLTH team will follow up with artwork proofs for your review and approval.

Package Inclusions

• (1) front counter with locking cabinet and graphic kick panel (fully brandable)
• (2) standard stools (placed at the front counter)
• (1) tower/pillar in the center (fully brandable)
• (8) standard kiosks, each to include:
  • (1) 8' high white backwall (no graphics)
  • (1) demo counter with locking cabinet
  • (1) standard stool
  • (1) 32" monitor (HDMI cable included)
  • (1) standard 5-AMP power drop and one (1) power strip placed at the monitor
  • (1) header panel with company logo and tagline
• One (1) standard 5-AMP power drop and one (1) power strip will be placed at the front counter
• Standard 20x30 booth carpet

• If you require additional power beyond what's provided, you may order through Event Service Electrical HERE.
• Complimentary Wifi will be provided on the show floor to all attendees, however, HLTH cannot guarantee uptime consistency throughout the duration of the event. We strongly recommend a dedicated internet connection if you intend to stream audio/video content or conduct live demonstrations/presentations within and around your exhibit. If you require dedicated internet, you may order through Event Service Technology HERE.
• The pavilion includes a front reception counter, equipped with limited lockable space. For any additional items you need stored, we recommend reviewing T3 Expo's accessible storage options HERE.

Display Guidelines

Due to fire marshal regulations, furniture, displays, promotional materials, signage, etc., are not allowed​ ​on the floor surrounding your booth space. Any items placed in your booth must be confined to the inside of your booth space. Must abide by all exhibitor rules and regulations.
