Meeting Room Artwork/Graphics

Artwork Submission Deadline: Friday, October 16, 2026

As the sponsor, you are responsible for the design and submission of your turnkey meeting room graphics to T3 Expo.

  • Click HERE to download the 500 sq ft graphic templates.
  • Upload all graphic files directly to T3 Expo HERE.
  • For best results, please follow the T3 Expo Print Production Artwork Guidelines when creating artwork.
  • After submission, the T3 Expo team will follow up with artwork proofs for your review and approval.

Meeting Room Set & Furniture

  • (1) check-in desk with front graphic & (1) stool.
  • (1) double-sided branded backwall (placed behind check-in desk).
  • (1) table with (6) chairs.
  • (2) tall boy tables with two (2) stools each.
  • Venetian reader board used as meeting room signage.

Audio Visual

  • (1) 43" monitor on a floor stand.
  • The monitor will be equipped with (1) HDMI cable for connection. To view a list of monitor FAQs, click HERE.

Electrical/Power

  • Two (2) standard 5-AMP power drops and two (2) power strips in total will be provided.
    • One (1) drop and one (1) strip will be placed at the monitor.
    • One (1) drop and one (1) strip will be placed at the meeting table.
  • If you require additional power beyond what's provided, you may order through Event Service Electrical HERE.

Internet/WiFi

Complimentary Wifi will be provided on the show floor to all attendees, however, HLTH cannot guarantee uptime consistency throughout the duration of the event. We strongly recommend a dedicated internet connection if you intend to stream audio/video content or conduct live demonstrations/presentations within and around your exhibit.

Display Guidelines

Due to fire marshal regulations, no furniture, displays, signage, or promotional materials are allowed in the hallway or surrounding area outside your meeting room. All items must be kept entirely within the boundaries of your assigned room.
