Sponsor Branding
Branding designed by HLTH within the Starbucks location through Tuesday evening (Goodwin logo co-branded with HLTH)
One (1) meterboard featuring the Goodwin logo and Starbucks information, placed near the entrance of the Starbucks location
HLTH will send all branding for review and approval before going into production
Branded Vouchers
Branded vouchers to distribute to HLTH attendees Sunday through Tuesday. NOTE: the vouchers will be valid for attendees through Wednesday, November 18
The HLTH team will coordinate with the Goodwin team on timing for dropping off the branded vouchers on-site
Designated Space
Designated table space in Starbucks from Sunday to Tuesday during the hours listed above
HLTH will place a reserved sign on the designated table prior to opening
Lead Scanning On-Site
Lead generation of all Starbucks "customers" through provided scanner
NOTE: sponsor is responsible for providing a team member to scan attendee badges at Starbucks during the show
The HLTH team will share the lead list post-event with the Goodwin team

Sponsor Deliverables:
Send desired logo files for branding to jen@hlth.com following the specs below. This logo will be used on the Starbucks area branding, the meterboard sign, and the vouchers
Vector/high-resolution (AI or EPS files preferred)
One (1) colored logo file
One (1) all white logo file
Confirm who will be responsible for collecting the vouchers on-site from the HLTH team
Confirm who will be responsible for picking up the lead scanning device on-site from the HLTH team
Confirm the individual responsible for scanning leads on-site
