Please note: the steps below are for reference only. Connect participants receive information about access to the portal in May 2025

Participating Connect Buyers

  1. Complete your buyer profile (details will be sent to you)
  2. When the Hosted Buyer platform goes live, review participating companies and their solutions
  3. Request and accept meetings at the times that work for you
  4. During the event, how up at your scheduled times at the Hosted Buyer lounge and engage in high-value conversations
  5. Take the minimum 8 meetings or go above and beyond with 12 or more meetings and receive a €750 payment post-event towards travel costs

Approved Connect Programme Buyers receive:

Access to the Hosted Buyer Lounge during HLTH for meetings, coffee, light foods and quiet time


Connect programme timeslots

You have the ability to take meetings at times and dates that works for your schedule whenever the Hosted Buyer lounge is open.

Meetings take place:

Monday: 2pm-4pm

Tuesday: 8:20am-1pm and 2pm-4pm

Wednesday: 8:20am-1pm and 2pm-4pm

Located in the dedicated Hosted Buyer Lounge on the exhibit floor.
