✅ Market Connect Programme: Next Steps for Approved Buyers
Please note: the steps below are for reference only. Market Connect participants will receive access details to the matchmaking platform via email on 20 May 2026.
Once approved for the Market Connect programme, you should have received a welcome email from Team HLTH (info@updates.hlth.com).
What happens next:
- You’re all set – no further action is needed to confirm your place
- Book your travel and hotel – our official hotel blocks offer the best available rates → book here
- Join our webinar (14 May, 2pm BST) – we’ll walk you through how the programme works → register here
- Matchmaking opens on 20 May – access the platform to review companies and schedule your meetings, you will receive access via email
- We’ll share programme updates and speaker highlights as we get closer to June
- Around two weeks before the event, you’ll receive:
- 🎟️ Your digital ticket
- 📱 Access to the HLTH Europe app
- 📍 Check-in and on-site information
- Event week (15–18 June) – attend your 15-minute meetings in the Market Connect Lounge and enjoy the event and make the most of everything the event has to offer (view the agenda here)
What is included
Participants are required to attend a minimum of six (6) 15-minute meetings with participating sponsors, in exchange, approved Market Connect buyers receive:
- Access to the Market Connect Lounge for meetings, refreshments and workspace
- A complimentary event ticket:
- Access to all track and main stage sessions
- HLTH Europe event app and attendee networking programme
- Access to HLTH.rad
- All networking events, affinity meetups and receptions
- All-inclusive breakfasts, lunches and refreshments throughout the day
- Exhibit hall access, plus a full exhibitor directory
- World-class entertainment, parties and live performances
- Incredible memories, lasting connections and 5,000 new friends*
*Number of new friends not guaranteed, but highly expected

If you schedule and attend 12 or more Market Connect meetings, you will qualify as a Platinum Participant and receive a €750 stipend to use as you wish, for example, towards travel costs. After the event, we will carry out a short audit to confirm attendance and, if eligible, we will contact you to collect your bank details.
How the programme works
Market Connect is a double opt-in matchmaking programme:
- You select who you would like to meet
- Sponsors select who they would like to meet
- Meetings are only scheduled when both sides agree
There are no forced meetings. The quality of your schedule depends on how actively you engage.
Each meeting lasts 15 minutes, followed by a 5-minute break.
Your profile is built based on the information provided in your application.

Meeting times
All meetings take place in the dedicated Market Connect area on the exhibition floor.
Onsite meeting times (CEST):
- Tuesday, 16 June: 09:00–12:00 and 14:40–16:35
- Wednesday, 17 June: 09:00–12:00 and 14:00–16:00
