Please use the guidelines below to ensure your item is approved, delivered on time, and set up for success!

Item Requirements

All items must meet the following:

  • Non-paper only — no flyers, brochures, or printed materials.
  • Pre-approval required — all items must be reviewed and approved by the HLTH team before production/shipping.

Please Note: HLTH reserves the right to reject any item that does not meet these standards.

Approved Examples:

  • Branded apparel (socks, hats)
  • Wellness-focused items (recovery kits, sleep masks)
  • Useful tech accessories (portable chargers, cable kits)

Submission & Approval

To Submit: Upload an image or mockup of the item HERE.

  • Deadline: Friday, October 2
  • Include dimensions and a brief description
  • Confirm quantity

Timing:

  • The deadline is above but we kindly ask that you submit as early as possible! Approval is required before production and shipping.
  • Items that are not approved in advance may be rejected onsite.

Shipping Instructions

Shipping Window:

Items can be scheduled for delivery to T3's advanced warehouse starting Friday, October 9 through Thursday, November 5, between the hours of 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

Shipments received after November 5, 2026 will be charged an additional 30% per pound.
