Booth Artwork/Graphics

Artwork Submission Deadline: Friday, October 16, 2026

As the sponsor, you are responsible for the design and submission of your 20x30 booth graphics to T3 Expo.

For best results, please follow the T3 Expo Print Production Artwork Guidelines when creating artwork - COMING SOON.
After submission, the T3 Expo team will follow up with artwork proofs for your review and approval.

Structure & Furniture

One (1) 10x10 graphic backwall with storage access and 8'h arch over meeting space.
One (1) front counter with locking cabinet and graphic kick panel & two (2) standard stools.
(1) 10'h backwall for the four (4) demo counters and a slate wall divider.
Four (4) white demo counters with lockable storage & one (1) standard stool per counter.
One (1) 36" round cafe table (white) & four (4) monarch chairs.
One (1) 30" round cafe table (white) & four (4) chairs.
One (1) wastebasket.

Audio Visual

(4) 32" monitors will be mounted above each demo counter.
Each monitor will be equipped with (1) HDMI cable for connection. To view a list of monitor FAQs, click HERE.

Electrical/Power

Five (5) standard 5-AMP power drops and five (5) power strips in total will be provided.
- One (1) drop and one (1) strip will be placed at each of the (4) monitors.
- One (1) drop and one (1) strip will be placed at the front counter.
If you require additional power beyond what's provided, you may order through Event Service Electrical HERE.

Carpet/Flooring

The 20x30 booths will be carpeted in a single, uniform color selected by the HLTH team. No additional action is needed on your part regarding carpeting.

Internet/WiFi

Complimentary Wifi will be provided on the show floor to all attendees, however, HLTH cannot guarantee uptime consistency throughout the duration of the event. We strongly recommend a dedicated internet connection if you intend to stream audio/video content or conduct live demonstrations/presentations within and around your exhibit.

Storage

The 20x30 booths include the following lockable storage spaces. For any additional items you need stored, we recommend reviewing T3 Expo's accessible storage options HERE - COMING SOON.

Display Guidelines

Due to fire marshal regulations, furniture, displays, promotional materials, signage, etc., are not allowed on the floor surrounding your booth space. Any items placed in your booth must be confined to the inside of your booth space. Must abide by all exhibitor rules and regulations.
