Booth Artwork/Graphics

Artwork Submission Deadline: Friday, October 16, 2026

As the sponsor, you are responsible for the design and submission of your 20x20 booth graphics to T3 Expo.

Upload all graphic files directly to T3 Expo HERE.
For best results, please follow the T3 Expo Print Production Artwork Guidelines when creating artwork - COMING SOON.
After submission, the T3 Expo team will follow up with artwork proofs for your review and approval.

Structure & Furniture

One (1) fabric printed backwall with interior storage area with graphics on exterior walls & door (12’h x 4’w x 4’d).
One (1) front counter with locking cabinet and graphic kick panel & two (2) standard stools.
One (1) fabric archway with (1) double-sided fabric graphic wall and ceiling (8’h x 4'w).
Two (2) white demo counters with lockable storage & one (1) standard stool per counter.
One (1) 36" round cafe table & four (4) monarch chairs (meeting space).
One (1) 30” round bar table (white) & two (2) standard stools.
One (1) wastebasket.

Audio Visual

(2) 32" monitors will be mounted above the demo counters.
Each monitor will be equipped with (1) HDMI cable for connection. To view a list of monitor FAQs, click HERE.

Electrical/Power

Three (3) standard 5-AMP power drops and three (3) power strips in total will be provided.
- One (1) drop and one (1) strip will be placed at monitor #1.
- One (1) drop and one (1) strip will be placed at monitor #2.
- One (1) drop and one (1) strip will be placed at the front counter.

Carpet/Flooring

The 20x20 booths will be carpeted in a single, uniform color selected by the HLTH team. No additional action is needed on your part regarding carpeting.

Internet/WiFi

Complimentary Wifi will be provided on the show floor to all attendees, however, HLTH cannot guarantee uptime consistency throughout the duration of the event. We strongly recommend a dedicated internet connection if you intend to stream audio/video content or conduct live demonstrations/presentations within and around your exhibit.

Storage

The 20x20 booths include the following lockable storage spaces. For any additional items you need stored, we recommend reviewing T3 Expo's accessible storage options HERE - COMING SOON.

Display Guidelines

Due to fire marshal regulations, furniture, displays, promotional materials, signage, etc., are not allowed on the floor surrounding your booth space. Any items placed in your booth must be confined to the inside of your booth space. Must abide by all exhibitor rules and regulations.
