Location

The 10x10 booths are located on the HLTH show floor of the Venetian Expo & Convention Center on Level 2. View the live floor plan HERE!

Booth Artwork/Graphics

Artwork Submission Deadline: Friday, October 16, 2026

As the sponsor, you are responsible for the design and submission of your 10x10 booth graphics to T3 Expo.

Upload all graphic files directly to T3 Expo HERE.
For best results, please follow the T3 Expo Print Production Artwork Guidelines when creating artwork - COMING SOON.
After submission, the T3 Expo team will follow up with artwork proofs for your review and approval.

Structure & Furniture

(1) single-sided backwall with graphics on the front (8’h x 9’w).
(1) demo counter with locking cabinet (42”h x 47.5”w x 22”d).
(1) front counter with locking cabinet and graphic kick panel (42”h x 47.5”w x 22”d).
(2) standard stools (placed at the front counter).
(1) wastebasket.

Audio Visual

(1) 32" monitor will be mounted to the backwall.

Electrical/Power

One (1) standard 5-AMP power drop and one (1) power strip will be provided at the monitor location.
If you require additional power beyond what's provided, you may order through Event Service Electrical HERE.

Carpet/Flooring

The 10x10 booths will be carpeted in a single, uniform color selected by the HLTH team. No additional action is needed on your part regarding carpeting.

Internet/WiFi

Complimentary Wifi will be provided on the show floor to all attendees, however, HLTH cannot guarantee uptime consistency throughout the duration of the event. We strongly recommend a dedicated internet connection if you intend to stream audio/video content or conduct live demonstrations/presentations within and around your exhibit.

Storage

The 10x10 booth packages include a front reception counter and a demo counter, equipped with limited lockable space. For any additional items you need stored, we recommend reviewing T3 Expo's accessible storage options HERE - COMING SOON.

Display Guidelines

Due to fire marshal regulations, furniture, displays, promotional materials, signage, etc., are not allowed on the floor surrounding your booth space. Any items placed in your booth must be confined to the inside of your booth space. Must abide by all exhibitor rules and regulations.
