The meeting pods are located on the HLTH show floor of the Venetian Expo & Convention Center on Level 2. View the live floor plan HERE!

Branding

Structure & Furniture

(1) pre-built, semi-private hard wall meeting pod.
(1) table with (4) chairs.
(1) wastebasket.

Electrical/Power

One (1) standard 5-AMP power drop and one (1) power strip will be provided for the meeting table.
If you require additional power beyond what's provided, you may order through Event Service Electrical HERE.

Carpet/Flooring

The meeting pod area will be carpeted in a single, uniform color selected by the HLTH team. No additional action is needed on your part regarding carpeting.

Internet/WiFi

Complimentary Wifi will be provided on the show floor to all attendees, however, HLTH cannot guarantee uptime consistency throughout the duration of the event. We strongly recommend a dedicated internet connection if you intend to stream audio/video content or conduct live demonstrations/presentations within and around your exhibit.

Storage

The meeting pods do not have a secure storage space. For any items you need stored, we recommend reviewing T3 Expo's accessible storage options HERE - COMING SOON.

Display Guidelines

Due to fire marshal regulations, furniture, displays, promotional materials, signage, etc., are not allowed on the floor surrounding your pod. Any items placed in your booth must be confined to the inside of your pod. Additional branding/signage is not allowed on the outside walls of your pod.

Please note: pop-up banners are not permitted in meeting pods, as they may obstruct the view of neighboring pods. Must abide by all exhibitor rules and regulations.
