Catering for Exhibit Booths (Show Floor)

Who this applies to:

• Sponsors with exhibit space on the show floor.

How to order:

• Order catering through the Venetian Expo Online Order Portal, linked here (includes menus).
• Important: No outside food or drinks (including logoed bottled water) are allowed. The Venetian Convention and Expo Center Catering Dept. has exclusive rights to all services.

Optional sampling:

• If you want to provide food/beverage samples at your booth, follow the guidelines linked here and email sponsors@hlth.com to discuss next steps.

Catering for Meeting Rooms (Off Show Floor)

Who this applies to:

• Sponsors with private meeting space in Venetian meeting rooms.

How to order:

• Contact Kevin at Da.Choi@venetianlasvegas.com to place your catering order - the meeting room/banquet menu can be found through this link.

Important:

• No outside food or beverages are allowed - the same exclusive catering rules apply off the show floor.
