  • Monday, November 16: 8:00 AM - 5:45 PM
  • Tuesday, November 17: 8:00 AM - 5:45 PM
  • Wednesday, November 18: 8:00 AM - 5:45 PM

Sponsor Branding

• Entrance Arch: Your company logo will appear alongside HLTH branding on the entrance arch positioned just outside the dome entrance
• Meter Board Sign: Your company logo will be featured alongside HLTH branding on a meter board sign located near the dome entrance
• Audio/Video File: Your company provided audio/video file will run on a loop inside the dome

Logo & File Confirmation

• Please include:
  • Logo file (vector preferred: .AI, .EPS, or high-res .PNG)
  • Confirmation that this is the approved logo for production on print materials for the zen dome
  • Confirmation that you would like to use the same audio/video file we've used at the other HLTH events
• Timely submission ensures smooth print production and installation

Approval Requirement

• The HLTH team will share a proof of the entrance arch and meter board designs with you for approval before going into print production

Lead Scanning On-Site

• HLTH will provide (1) staff member and (1) lead device to be positioned at the entrance and scan leads throughout the show
• HLTH will provide you with the full lead list post-event
