📢 Speaker Application FAQs

Speaker applications are currently only open for senior leaders from healthcare providers, payers and government. General submissions will open in December 2024.

Q: When will I know if my application has been accepted?

A: Speakers are accepted on a rolling basis, starting in Autumn 2024 and ending when our agenda is complete. HLTH speakers are typically senior leaders within their sectors. We are particularly keen to speak to those who are looking to make announcements at the event. If you are making an announcement (merger, acquisition, product launch, new partnership, or other news-worthy event), please contact us on speakers@europe.hlth.com.

Q: Should I register for HLTH Europe whilst I wait to hear if I have been accepted?

A: Yes. We highly encourage everyone to register for HLTH Europe 2025 as soon as possible to take advantage of lower rates. Prices will increase as we get closer to the event. If you are selected as a speaker, your registration will be refunded or can be transferred to a colleague.

Q: I made a mistake on my application. Can I re-submit it?

A: Once an application is submitted it should not be re-submitted. If you feel that making a correction would be imperative to your application, please reach out to speakers@europe.hlth.com and we will do our best to accommodate any updates.

Q: When do applications close?

A: We will have two speaker applications for HLTH Europe 2025. Starting in September 2024, senior leaders from healthcare providers, payers and government can start applying. In December, the application process opens for all speakers. Our speaker applications close on  31 January  2025 at 6pm CET. Those who apply early within their respective application window, have a greater chance at being accepted as there is a limited number of speaking opportunities within the programme.

Amazing things will also be happening outside of our stages; our Connect Programme, and more. We’ll be opening applications for these later on this year.
