HLTH USA 2025 | Food Lab 20x20 Turnkey Booth
LOCATION
The 20x20 turnkey booths are located in the Food Lab Zone on the HLTH show floor of The Venetian Expo & Convention Center on Level 2.
BRANDING/GRAPHICS

- Please note: You are permitted to design one (1) graphic for the backwall (facing into the zone), two (2) return side wall panels, and two (2) reception desk panels. The exterior of the backwall is reserved exclusively for HLTH show management graphics.

BOOTH LAYOUT AND FURNITURE
- One (1) 8' high backwall
- Two (2) reception counters (pushed together) with two (2) stools
- One (1) demo counter
- One (1) 32" mounted monitor with an HDMI cable
- Two (2) high boy tables with two (2) stools each
POWER/ELECTRICAL
- One (1) standard 5 amp power drop and one (1) power strip (placed at the reception counter)
- One (1) standard 5 amp power drop and one (1) power strip (placed at monitor)
CARPETING
- The Food Lab Zone will be furnished with carpeting in a uniform color, selected by the HLTH team. Please note that it is not permitted to request a different color carpet or flooring option for your booth in this zone.
INTERNET/WIFI
Complimentary Wifi will be provided on the show floor to all attendees, however, HLTH cannot guarantee uptime consistency throughout the duration of the event. We strongly recommend a dedicated internet connection if you intend to stream audio/video content or conduct live demonstrations/presentations within and around your exhibit.
STORAGE
The 20x20 turnkey booth includes a front reception counter and a demo counter, both equipped with lockable storage. For any additional materials that you need to store, we recommend contacting T3 Expo for storage.
DISPLAY GUIDELINES
Due to fire marshal regulations, no furniture, displays, signage, or promotional materials are allowed in the aisles or surrounding area outside your booth. All items must be kept entirely within the boundaries of your assigned booth space.
