Below you’ll find details for your sponsored luncheon. Please go through the information and deadlines below and let us know if you have any questions.

Luncheon Room Details:

  • Date: Monday, October 20
  • Location: Murano 3301AB (Level 3), The Venetian Expo & Convention Center
  • View Location: HLTH USA 2025 FLOORPLAN
  • Time: Sponsor access to room: 11:30 AM, Lunch: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
  • Guests: Up to 150

Luncheon Room Set:

  • Your room will be set in rounds (room diagram).
  • Podium - we will use the company logo you upload into your sponsor task list for a podium sign.
  • Meterboard outside the door with your company logo. 
  • One mixer, sound system, wireless microphones, and computer audio connect.
  • Two 16:9 screens for the audience to see the presentation.
  • Floating AV tech to manage the room. (If you wish to add additional AV, you can do so at your cost. Please reach out to jennifer@clarityexperiences.com.

Luncheon Food & Beverage:

  • Here you will find our F&B menu with the most up-to-date items. Please make your menu selection no later than Wednesday, August 20.

Marketing:

  • We will promote your event on our overall agenda and our Networking page.

Deliverables:

  • Send us your content title, speaker(s), and description to promote on the agenda - as soon as possible.
  • Please confirm your desired content layout (the standard is 4 chairs on a riser) - as soon as possible.
  • Return your F&B menu choice - no later than Friday, August 29.

Let us know if you are bringing any giveaways - no later than Monday, September 6.
