Room Set
- Your turnkey meeting room package will be pre-set to include:
- One (1) check-in desk with a front graphic panel and one (1) stool
- One (1) double-sided branded backwall
- One (1) 43” monitor mounted to the backwall facing the table
- One (1) table with seating for six (6) people
- Two (2) tall boy tables with two (2) stools each
- Two (2) standard 5 amp electric drops in total will be available: (1) at the large meeting table and (1) for the monitor
- Please Note: Nothing is to be hung on walls, built, or placed outside of your meeting room (i.e., in the hallway or public space)
- Complimentary WiFi will be provided throughout the facility; however, if you need a faster, more reliable connection, we strongly recommend ordering a dedicated internet connection through the Venetian (see last section of page)
- One (1) digital reader board directly outside your meeting room will display the company logo you submit through the Sponsor Portal, and there will be directional signage throughout the facility directing people to the meeting rooms

- Open: Wednesday, October 22: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Move-Out: Wednesday, October 22: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
