📦 Shipping and Access

For all Shipping and traffic Access, DB Schenker is the exclusive partner of the RAI Amsterdam. They are able to assist you with:

• transport of the goods from the company to the event and vice versa
• unloading and/or reloading the goods at the venue
• temporary storage of the goods before or after the event
• storage of empty packing material during the event
• renting out various types of equipment (for example genie material lifts, etc.)

📮 Where can I send deliveries?

Packages can be sent at your convenience to DB Schenker's warehouse, located at the fairground. These goods will be unloaded at the warehouse, stored on site and delivered to your stand at the requested date and time. This Must be pre-arranged via yourselves and DB Schenker.

🗓️ When?

Timeframes for delivery and storage of items is to be arranged with DB Schenker. Though we would suggest items are not sent more than one month in advance. There are also deadlines for DB Schenker's shipping service, which includes:

Sea Freight - 30th May

Air Freight - 5th June

Courier & road freight - 10th June

🚚 Can my courier access without booking?

No, all onsite courier arrangements must be pre-agreed with DB Schenker.

🛗 Are there Scissor lifts, forklifts or other machines available?

Yes, there are a variety of machines available including scissor lifts and forklifts. They can be rented daily or hourly dependant upon the item specified. All information is on page 5 of the guide.

🛃 Customs clearance

No doubt, it will be important there are no unnecessary delays in customs. Customs clearance can be handled directly with DB Schenker or your preferred customs agent. Should you require DB Schenker to handle this, they will require a signed and stamped power of attorney and commercial invoice.
