Deadline:

We kindly request that you provide us with one logo in the following formats to better facilitate the design of the lounge space graphics by the HLTH creative team.
- All logo files must be high-resolution vector files in EPS or AI format only. Please provide one of each type listed below.
  - Color
  - All White

Lounge Inclusions & Set-Up:

One (1) reception counter with one (1) stool
Various lounge furniture will be placed along the front of the space
- Two (2) soft seating areas, each to include one (1) couch, two (2) love seats, one (1) side table, and one (1) coffee table
- Two (2) round tables with three (3) chairs per table
Four (4) branded meeting rooms across the back of the lounge space.
(1) 5-AMP electric drop & (1) power strip for the reception counter

Lounge Branding:

Sponsor logo placement on graphics/artwork for the meeting rooms, reception counter, and pony wall. The graphics will be designed by the HLTH team
Sponsor logo on the HLTH website, event app, and all relevant marketing materials and communications (if applicable)
