Luncheon Details:

• Luncheon: 11:30 AM - 2:00 PM
• Guests: Up to 150

Room Set & A/V:

• Your room will be set in rounds with eight (8) chairs per table
  • You may view the room set diagram HERE
• One (1) stage riser with four (4) chairs
  • I am currently tracking down images of the chairs
• One (1) podium
• A/V:
  • One (1) mixer
  • One (1) sound system
  • Wireless microphones
  • One (1) computer audio connect
  • Two (2) 16:9 screens for the audience to see the presentations
  • One (1) floating A/V tech to manage the room. If you wish to add additional AV, you can do so at your cost. Please reach out to jennifer@clarityexperiences.com

Signage:

• Digital reader board outside the room with your company logo
• Meterboard outside the room with your company logo
• One (1) podium sign with your company logo

Food & Beverage:

• F&B menu options for Monday, October 20 - View the Menu options and let us know your menu selection no later than Wednesday, August 20

Marketing:

• We will promote your luncheon on our overall agenda and our networking page. The 2025 networking page is still being built out, but HERE is the 2024 networking page for reference
