HLTH USA 2025 | DHHF Pavilion 10x10 Booth Package
LOCATION
The 10x10 booth packages are located in the DHHF Pavilion on the show floor on Level 2 of The Venetian Expo & Convention Center.
FURNITURE
One (1) front reception counter, two (2) stools, and one (1) demo counter. Images of the stools are below.

BOOTH PACKAGE INCLUSIONS
- One (1) branded backwall (graphics to be supplied by sponsor)
- One (1) front reception counter with graphic panel (graphics to be supplied by sponsor)
- Two (2) standard stools
- One (1) demo counter
- One (1) 32" mounted monitor (will be equipped with 1 HDMI cable for laptop connection, there are no active USB inputs on monitor)
- One (1) standard 5 amp power drop and one (1) power strip
- Standard carpeting (chosen by the HLTH team)
POWER/ELECTRICAL
One (1) standard 5 amp power drop and one (1) power strip.
CARPETING
The turnkey area will have carpeting in a uniform color, which will be chosen by the HLTH team.
BRANDING
Sponsors are responsible for providing graphics for the 10x10 turnkey booths. Graphic templates for the 10x10 can be found here, and completed files may be uploaded directly to T3 here.
- Graphics submitted after Wednesday, September 17, will incur a late fee.
INTERNET/WIFI
Complimentary Wifi will be provided on the show floor to all attendees; however, HLTH cannot guarantee uptime consistency throughout the duration of the event. We strongly recommend a dedicated internet connection if you intend to stream audio/video content or conduct live demonstrations/presentations within and around your exhibit.
STORAGE
The 10x10 turnkey booth includes a front reception counter and a demo counter, both equipped with lockable storage. For any additional materials that you need to store, we recommend contacting T3 Expo for storage.
DISPLAY GUIDELINES
Due to fire marshal regulations, no furniture, displays, signage, or promotional materials are allowed in the aisles or surrounding area outside your booth. All items must be kept entirely within the boundaries of your assigned booth space.
