Meeting pod package inclusions: One pre-built, semi private meeting pod (3m x 3m) One 1m high x 1m wide custom branded* panel (as indicated in blue on the visual) a One table with seating for up to 4 people One standard electrical outlet Access to WiFi provided within the RAI public space and HLTH Europe event space Meeting pod to be located, within one of our pre-assigned meeting areas. Meeting cube package inclusions: One pre-built, private hard wall (3m x 3m) carpeted meeting room with lockable door One 2.5m high x 1m wide custom branded* panel (as indicated in blue on the visual) and one window panel One table with seating for up to 4 people One standard electrical outlet Access to WiFi provided within the RAI public space and HLTH Europe event space Meeting cube to be located, within one of our pre-assigned meeting areas. Balcony meeting space (closed build) package inclusions: One pre-built (6m x 6m) carpeted, private meeting space with lockable door* Two window panels One custom branded** panel (as indicated in blue on the visual) A choice of either: Boardroom style setup, with one table and up to eight chairs or two round tables with seating for four people on each table One standard electrical outlet Access to WiFi provided within the RAI public space and HLTH Europe event space *option to have space open at front if preferred ** Artwork to be supplied by no later than 5 weeks prior to the event. |
