LOCATION

The viosks are located on the HLTH show floor of The Venetian Expo & Convention Center on Level 2.

FURNITURE

• Nexus Stool (AFR)

POWER/ELECTRICAL

One (1) standard 10 amp power drop and one (1) power strip. The drop will be placed at the monitor, and the power strip will be placed at the reception counter.

CARPETING

The viosk area will have carpeting in a uniform color, which will be chosen by the HLTH team.

BRANDING

Sponsors are responsible for providing graphics for the viosk turnkey booths. Graphic templates for the viosks can be found here, and completed files may be uploaded directly to T3 here.

• Graphics submitted after Wednesday, September 17, will incur a late fee.

INTERNET/WIFI

Complimentary Wifi will be provided on the show floor to all attendees, however, HLTH cannot guarantee uptime consistency throughout the duration of the event. We strongly recommend a dedicated internet connection if you intend to stream audio/video content or conduct live demonstrations/presentations within and around your exhibit.

STORAGE

The viosk turnkey booth includes a front reception counter equipped with lockable storage. For any additional materials that you need to store, we recommend contacting T3 Expo for storage.

DISPLAY GUIDELINES

Due to fire marshal regulations, no furniture, displays, signage, or promotional materials are allowed in the aisles or surrounding area outside your booth. All items must be kept entirely within the boundaries of your assigned booth space.
