The 10x20 turnkeys are located on the HLTH show floor of The Venetian Expo & Convention Center on Level 2.

BRANDING

Sponsors are responsible for providing graphics for the 10x20 turnkey booths. Graphic templates for the 10x20 can be found here, and completed files may be uploaded directly to T3 here.

• Graphics submitted after Wednesday, September 17, will incur a late fee.

POWER/ELECTRICAL

• (1) standard 5-amp power drop & (1) power strip for the monitor
• (1) standard 5-amp power drop & (1) power strip for the reception desk

CARPETING

The turnkey area will have carpeting in a uniform color, which will be chosen by the HLTH team.

FURNITURE

One (1) reception desk with two (2) stools.

One (1) demo counter (under the monitor).

One (1) table with four (4) chairs, and two (2) stools.

INTERNET/WIFI

Complimentary Wifi will be provided on the show floor to all attendees, however, HLTH cannot guarantee uptime consistency throughout the duration of the event. We strongly recommend a dedicated internet connection if you intend to stream audio/video content or conduct live demonstrations/presentations within and around your exhibit.

STORAGE

The 10x20 turnkey booth includes a front reception counter and a demo counter, both equipped with lockable storage. For any additional materials that you need to store, we recommend contacting T3 Expo for storage.

DISPLAY GUIDELINES

Due to fire marshal regulations, no furniture, displays, signage, or promotional materials are allowed in the aisles or surrounding area outside your booth. All items must be kept entirely within the boundaries of your assigned booth space.
