Meeting Room (500 sq ft)

Your private meeting room will be set in Boardroom Style with one (1) table and eight (8) chairs
Action Required: Please log in to your Sponsor Portal and submit the “Diagram/EAC - Meeting Room” form no later than Wednesday, September 17, even if you are not using an EAC. HLTH still needs your confirmation on whether you would like the boardroom setup. Important Note: changes to room setups made on-site will incur additional charges
Complimentary WiFi will be provided throughout the facility; however, if you need a faster, more reliable connection, we strongly recommend ordering a dedicated internet connection through the Venetian (see last section of page)
One (1) standard power drop and one (1) power strip will be provided at the table. If you need additional electric, you can place an order through the Venetian (see last section of page)
One (1) digital reader board directly outside your meeting room will display the company logo you submit through the Sponsor Portal and there will be directional signage throughout the facility directing people to the meeting rooms

Meeting rooms that have custom/EAC build-outs must be approved by HLTH Show Management and the Venetian. Diagrams/renderings, an EAC form, and COI need to be submitted through your Sponsor Portal to the form called “Diagram/EAC - Meeting Room” no later than Wednesday, September 17
All diagrams/renderings must have dimensions showing the placement of walls and equipment/furniture
Height limits for build-outs are:
- Bassano Meeting Rooms - 8 ft
- Veronese, Titian, Bellini Meeting Rooms - 14 ft
Buildouts must start 2 ft from the facility wall(s)
Fire extinguishers, fire strobes, and fire alarm pull stations cannot be blocked
Light Control Pocket and Exit signage cannot be blocked
Carpet-over-carpet guidelines need to be followed
Nothing is to be hung on walls, built, or placed outside of your meeting room (i.e. in the hallway or public space)
