💥Onsite Process & Meeting Guidelines

All Senior Executives attending meetings are required to conduct themselves professionally and comply with HLTH’s Market Connect Programme Guidelines:

  • Arrive 5 minutes early for your meeting. No check-in is required, just proceed to your assigned table.
  • Meetings are 15 minutes long. Staff will monitor attendance and note no-shows if a participant is more than 5 minutes late.
  • Please exchange contact information during your meeting!
  • Be prepared! Participants may not be familiar with your company, so consider:
    • Clearly communicating your value proposition: what problem does your product solve?
    • Asking participants about their needs and challenges and explaining how you can help with that. 
    • Preparing decks, pitches, and any relevant materials you want to share. 
    • Mentioning any prior discussions with the participant.
    • Leaving time for questions and defining clear next steps and exchanging contact information
  • After each meeting, please rate the completed meeting within the platform.
  • Information about Participants in the Market Connect Programme is confidential and must not be:
    • Shared outside your organisation.
    • Downloaded (including screenshots or spreadsheets).
    • Used for any purpose beyond the Market Connect Programme guidelines.
  • Violations will result in immediate removal from the Programme with no refund and disqualification from future participation. 
  • Important: Sponsors and Programme Reps cannot contact participants outside the Programme based on their expressed interest in the Market Connect Programme.
