10x10 MEETING CUBE SPONSORSHIP

LOCATION

The meeting cubes are located on the HLTH show floor of The Venetian Expo & Convention Center on Level 2.

FURNITURE

One (1) table and four (4) chairs. Links to the furniture are below.

• 30" Round Cafe Table with Chrome Base White (AFR)
• Christopher Chair (CORT)

POWER/ELECTRICAL

One (1) standard 5 amp power drop and one (1) power strip. The drop will be placed under the table.

CARPETING

The meeting cube area will have carpeting in a uniform color, which will be chosen by the HLTH team.

BRANDING

The meeting cube will feature co-branding with HLTH and the sponsor's logo on the front of the low exterior panel. No additional graphics are allowed on the exterior. If you are interested in an interior branding add-on, please reach out to your sales rep.

• Logo Submission: The logo you submit to the task called 'Upload EPS Logo: MANDATORY' will be used as sponsor branding on the cube panel. If you'd like to request to use a different logo or confirm the file that will be printed, please send a note to sponsors@hlth.com by Wednesday, September 17.

INTERNET/WIFI

Complimentary Wifi will be provided on the show floor to all attendees, however, HLTH cannot guarantee uptime consistency throughout the duration of the event. We strongly recommend a dedicated internet connection if you intend to stream audio/video content or conduct live demonstrations/presentations within and around your exhibit.

STORAGE

There is no secure storage space provided. Items, however, may be placed inside your meeting cube behind the display panel. For any additional materials that you need to store, we recommend contacting T3 Expo for storage.

DISPLAY GUIDELINES

Due to fire marshal regulations, furniture, displays, promotional materials, signage, etc. are not allowed​ ​on the floor surrounding your meeting cube. Any items placed in your meeting cube must be confined to the inside of your cube.
