The Nurses@HLTH – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1. The Nurses@HLTH initiative ("the Programme") is organised by HLTH Europe ("the Organiser").

1.2. By applying to or nominating a candidate for the Programme, applicants and nominees ("Participants") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility Criteria

2.1. The Programme is open to nursing professionals who:

• Are actively working in the healthcare sector.
• Are driving innovation, leadership, or transformation in nursing and patient care.
• Demonstrate a commitment to advancing healthcare and nursing leadership. 2.2. Employees, contractors, and direct affiliates of HLTH Europe or its associated entities are not eligible to apply.

3. Application & Selection Process

3.1. Applications and nominations must be submitted through the official HLTH Europe application portal before the specified deadline. 3.2. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered. 3.3. Selection is at the sole discretion of the Organiser. Decisions are final and not subject to appeal. 3.4. Selected Participants will be notified via email and must confirm their acceptance within the timeframe specified. 3.5 Participants already engaged with HLTH Europe 2025 in another capacity (speaking, Market Connect Programme, pre-existing ticket holder, any other attendance method) are not eligible.

4. Benefits & Responsibilities

4.1. Selected Participants will receive a complimentary pass to HLTH Europe, granting access to the event and associated networking opportunities. 4.2. The complimentary pass does not include travel, accommodation, or any other expenses incurred in attending HLTH Europe. 4.3. Participants are expected to engage in Programme activities and uphold professional conduct throughout the event. 4.4. The Organiser reserves the right to revoke participation if a Participant engages in misconduct, misrepresentation, or any activity deemed inappropriate.

5. Data Protection & Privacy

5.1. By applying or nominating, Participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data for the purpose of selection and programme administration. 5.2. HLTH Europe will not share personal information with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law. 5.3. Participants may request the removal of their data post-event by contacting the Organiser.

6. Use of Name & Likeness

6.1. Selected Participants grant HLTH Europe the right to use their name, company affiliation, and likeness in promotional materials related to the Programme. 6.2. Any objections to such use must be communicated in writing before participation is confirmed.

7. Amendments & Termination

7.1. HLTH Europe reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, with updates posted on the official Programme webpage. 7.2. The Organiser may cancel or modify the Programme at its discretion without liability.
